Which article submission sites are good whit high page rank or low page rank?
There are few good article directory sites where you can submit your unique article. Prefer to submit your article not more than 30-35 article directories because some article directories considered it as a spam of submitting the same article.

Yes definitley high page rank site will be considered ,Yes i submitted my articles to article directories and got positive response. I like http://www.basearticles.com/ which is free and gives satisfactory results with good page rank. There are many directories which provide free article submission service , but directories which are of high page rank are mostly use paid option.I suggest you more directories like: goarticles, a1articles, isnare.

EzineArticles is the highest articles site in Google ranking, it has PR6 on its home page.
PR is not automatic you have to earn that by the quality of your writing, so that online publishers link to it.
I have one that has no rank, one PR2, one PR3 and one PR4.
You also need to bookmark them and promote them in social networking sites.
I would like to add that links are follow, some others sites are no follow.
